Products

Each product page shows the essential characteristics (brand, name, size, origin, key ingredients, directions). Photos are indicative; packaging may vary by batch. Descriptions reflect the manufacturer’s information and are not medical advice.

Prices

Prices are in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), all taxes included. Delivery fees are shown separately before you confirm. The price that applies is the one shown when you order.

Orders

Your order is recorded when you send it, then confirmed by phone or WhatsApp. We may decline an order if an item is out of stock, information is incomplete or we cannot reach you; you will be told.

Payment

Cash on delivery, or bank transfer when offered. Orders paid by transfer ship once payment is verified.

Withdrawal and returns

See the Returns & refunds page. You have the rights provided by Law No. 31-08, including the 7-day right of withdrawal, under the conditions and limits it sets.

Warranty

Products are covered by the legal warranty against defects provided by the Moroccan Code of Obligations and Contracts.

Complaints

Contact us with any complaint; we always look for an amicable solution first. Otherwise, the competent Moroccan courts have jurisdiction.
